Replacement Policies
In cases the product is delivered in damage, the customer can return the products to TibetBazaar.com. TibetBazaar.com will replace the product within 7 working days.
Customer should adhere to following guidelines for returning products: Please inform Tibet bazaar customer care through email or whatsapp immediately on the receipt of the product about damage or problems with photo.
Please retain original packing including tags, labels and products should be returned in the same conditions as delivered. Please note that if any wear/tear, altercations to products are found which are obvious to be done by the customer, return won’t be accepted.
Based on the instructions from Tibet bazaar executives, the customer can ship the product through courier back to Tibet bazaar.
Please mention your name, order number and mobile number on the box. Customer should intimate about the courier and tracking ID to tibet bazaar customer care team as soon as products are dispatched.
